I shudder thinking about the HORRIBLE stuff we did to live mice when working in a lab a few years ago. We played tennis with them, threw them about, chopped them up- their lives were our playthings.
One guy covered a load in oil & pushed them down a slide onto 1sqm ‘hot plate’ with clear Perspex side walls for easy viewing. The poor creatures “danced” in excruciating pain for a few seconds before expiring. The stream of victims continued, dancing round an ever growing pile of charred bodies.
And I'm sure if these tiny terrestrial animals are being swept underwater by big saltwater waves, they probably aren't having a fantastic time. Look how fast they jump off and run to shore.

I saw a snake at the local vet recently who had been bitten by his live food. Poor thing ended up with a large puss filled 'hole' in it's face!! These animals are mice, not rats.
They also do not just get dumped on surf boards and thrown into the ocean. Their owner teaches them about the board when they are really young and then works with them everyday slowly teaching them about what they are doing. It isn't just done, it takes a lot of time and is actually good metal and physical stimulation for them. Their owner is also very close to them when they are surfing so that no harm comes to them.

@Narnianchick I don't surf them in the ocean I surf them on a bay and the waves are made by the boats thats go buy.The mice are also great swimmers and when they fall off I have them in my hand within seconds.Look on youtube under radical rodents new clip and you will see when Im surfing them the background is land so if it was ocean you would see the horizon.
