@Caputomi Ah, you've found out my secret...that is a robot programmed to play drums ; D I used to be more animated when I was younger, but the older I got the more I discovered playing with an economy of stroke and perhaps playing on an ekit doesn't bring that out to be wild.
Ooh great help. I'm tryin' to learn different stuff of beatles songs and you just cover it all, its amazing. Please continue doing this it's way too cool
I want to first say that of all the people on here drumming I've learned more from you than of the others. Not to take away from them because they are good in their own right. I have a set of Purl Drums I use but after seeing your set I went out and bought a Roland V Drum set , not as good as the one you have but for a little over two grand it will do me just fine. I will of course when i get better buy the best one there is. I will continue to learn from you. Thank you very much forever a fan.
@bubbleboy238 Wow, thanks, you are so kind to take the time to share your very encouraging comments. The best comments I receive are those like yours that express that my videos serve others in their learning. If you ever have any questions about the drumming, the video & audio production, please ask.
@oliviertomb If you watch my ride (right) hand that will show you. It is a shuffle, but the emphasis is on the 1/4 note which makes it both a dotted 1/4 note & straight 1/4 note groove - they're interchangeable. A lot of Beatle, as well as early Chuck Berry, Elvis and Little Richard songs use this kind of ride.
I always admire your drums playing.

@StiLLa6997 I don't realize I do that at the time I'm doing it, it helps keep the groove moving during silent drum sections.
