I have no friends and live in the country. At least in the city you can hear civilazation. Car beeps, children screaming, traffic, people wasted on the streets, etc.
It makes me feel much less isolated and part of the society. Plus I can walk to pretty much everywhere. In the country everything is far away and you tend to stay inside. Isolated. With no friends. Trust me, not good.

Country! If there was no country, you all would be dead, no city...well...a lot less air pollution tell yah that much. ;)
Remember, New York and every other city was origonally a farm. No farm was origonally a city.
