Lol, I did this too. I did it on just the bottom. At first... It heats up the brackets so much though! So I decided to do what you did. One on top, one on bottom.. Everything went white lol

first time i ever tried this with a 9v batter, right,...the danm thing flashed my upper archwire like the filament of a fucking light bulb,... and shocked the hell out of me. my buddy, who has braces too, and apparently had seen this done before....made absolutley no attempt to stop me. THANKS...he laughed his ass off. lol it was funny tho.
