On Wu's side, wait at the broken bridge north of the main allied camp. After Taishi Ci is killed, Sun Quan will retreat to the bridge and he and your character will jump it. Stay there until Zhang Liao charges into your camp. Defeating him and approaching Sun Quan should trigger the scene.
