mkay I know this is totally fake hahahaha. But seriously for a moment IF a metroid movie were to be produced, I think the best or most fitting plot would be that explaining samuss origins. Like I know she was orphaned at an early age and raised/trained by the Chozo, but we never see how it went down. I think its time we got to meet the chozo. Like the movie could start out with samus as a little girl then ridley comes and raids her space colony, and then we see how the chozo trained her.

Even though it's a fake, in the begining the creature in the glass tank looks alittle like a metroid, plus when the glass tank is taken, the claw if seen briefly, does look alittle Ridley's claw. Still fake, but at least he used a scene or two from a live action comerical for Metroid.

Actually if you've ever played the series from one game to another, the time line is much different. Retro Studios did a good run with Metroid Prime 1, 2, and 3. try playing them from one to another and see which one is like another. ive played all of them all and beaten them all

They paid considerable homage to the series, and managed to bring the feel of a Metroid game to a new generation. Metroid Prime is a First-Person Adventure Platformer, and was not meant to compete with Halo (no multiplayer). I've beaten every Metroid game except for Hunters. Metroid: Other M serves as a nice on-time nostalgia game, but the Primes I will play again and again.

@MegamanXGold Yes, I forgot to mention that I was speculating about metroid sequel in dark places in the net a few years ago. the old school players tend to be...lets say, primitive. we all wanted at the time the third person to metroid. fps games have a tendency to become more or less complex in terms of gameplay in comparision with the true plataform. metroid 3 is the biggest classic for many reasons so metroid prime in the third person would have given us a kind of super metroid part two.
