@oarn1999 does ur internet connection is wireless? and have u checked what is the percentage of ur internet signal on ur psp? and have u had entered ur internet WPA-PSK code? WPA-PSK key code it shoud be desplayed on ur internet or on the card when u first time u got ur internet.. how did you connect ur internet to the computer at the first time? if u dont have this code u will need to phone to the provider which had connected the internet for ur house and ask them for this code

if you are using a wireless transmeter go on the roof from where it is clearly visible then connect if you are manually puting the dns setting than cancel it and use easy setting you must have a signal strnght above 95%

must be a sony thing. i mean i had no issues with setting up my ds to the internet but the psp hell no sony had to make it difficult. some saye reset the modem i don't know about that i mean if my ps3 can online then why is the psp being a piece of shit for then.

I had same problem over and over again. but I solved it

I work by using router (802.11g) and WEP connection.

SSID and name connection can be same, btw.

so, this worked for me:

turn off psp wlan. reset your router. wait for router to get connected again, turn on psp wlan. and connect.

The PSP is fine. Router setup is usually the main culprit.

Do you use a "D-Link Router"?

@Tiberiusduck hey i put everything correct too but it says its "not detected" or that "the SSID is incorrect" but everything is correct Ihad to set it manually(still didn't let me connect) because when i scan my connection it doesn't appear the weird thing is my ps3 gets wireless also my laptop but for some reason my psp wont i don't think its the router do you think you can help

@DarthDracon10 SSID is a common acronym meaning Service Set Identifier. First do a manual scan on your PSP for your router and apply your personal SSID code manually. Hope this helps you.

DO you have a ps3? if you have you could put the eternet in the ps3 and your router after that you instal it then sign in for the ps3 then you to setting and copy it

Its your internet make sure that it works on your computer try typing the password in to your psp again. Try to delete the internet and add it again.
