@IsidoreCYO :sure..take I95S to the triborough..then take the GCP east to the van wick(678)S. Take the van wick south to Imaginary Street exit and turn left, take ur first right onto Inyourdreams Rd. Keep going on that for a few miles till you hit Wonderland Drive and make a left.The spot will be right there with a big sign on it saying "FISH HERE" You just gotta wait for the toll fairy to ferry you across the Bay of Nightmares and you'll be all set. Make sure to bring 3 schilings with you.

@zeugirdoR92 : using like 14lb test. Old rod and reels not worth much. We certainly aren't pro's but we have fun.

@quickmods10 : check any local saltwater bait shop.  Ask for fiddler crabs.

@quickmods10 They don't cost much but if your really short on $, you can always get them on stony beaches on low tides (if it's legal in your area)...

oh. well the sport is what its all about, any tips on northeastern blackfishig?

there are a lot better blackfish experts than I am, but if I were to give a tip.. its to fish with an old timer.. they know the waters and the fish like no one else. I don't know where you are located, but i know a few guys in NYC that are more than willing to share their thougths. Try party boats and charter boats for a wealth of info. PM me for certain names.

@FishOnFishing best tip is to keep the bait wet and keep it still wait for that thump and swing~ and i find that having a few small white crabs or small hermit crabs will help your chances a lot

try not setting the hook so hard let them nibble on the crab then set the hook a little lighter
