Monte 3400 with Headers

I have the 3800 Monte Carlo and am planning on getting this same exhaust setup. How would the sound compare?

hey did you have to make any modifications to the existing downpipe being that the exhaust system was intended for a 3800 series V6 so it would fit or did it just bolt up to the existing downpipe

Hey monte34L all you have to do is get rod of the black box where the stock filter is and hold down your computer with some zip ties and get a cone filter for the end. Works just as good.

dont do this, it will make it a wai, when the engine is even half way heated, you will lose power because of the more dense, warm air coming in, so you need the cool air coming in consealed from the engine, it wont be as dense air so it makes the engine work less to bring in the air, creating more power
