zegram was one of my fav characters. He's like the villain at first but then later on they join you because they know they wronged the main character, another example would be cait sith from FF7

i really liked this game because since it was made by the same guys who made dark cloud 2 i wanted the same dungeon hacking gameplay. i like that its different from dark cloud 2 gameplay wise but the story and characters are charming enough to see it through to the end. my only complaint is the less than stellar combat system. it has good things going for it like those specials where you have to hit command prompts, but using secondary weapons for different enemies was annoying. its fun though

Sometimes, a war explodes into my head between Dragon Quest 8 and Rogue Galaxy. And I'm in the middle of the battlefield, getting pulled by both armies.

i hated hoe fast the hp would be knocked down so that you would have to bring ALOT of potions to heal. no healing spells or anything. but i managed to get through this game because the story was intriguing

I got Illusion sword as soon as possible on second playthrough and let me tell you, it makes it a hell of a lot easier than my first time. I could save some potions by not using them on jaster so much by attacking far away and dealing a good amount of gamage. Synthesise often as you go through the game and unlike as many moves as you can and buffs through Rev Flow to get an advantage.

I loved this music when fighting Elect Rosencaster. He was a one man army! If I didn't have 4 revives, a tri revive, and 30 potions, I would've lost! [Or at least won with some of my party down so they couldn't get exp.]
