@FrenchPuppy1010 Well...if you really want to get the snapshots, an SD card will have to be involved. However, if you don't have one yourself, technically you could send the images to a friend over Wifi in the game, and have them copy it from the Wii, to SD card, to computer.

@FrenchPuppy1010 Pretty much, unless you had the skills to dismantle your Wii and rip the files out from the hard drive. I would just try finding someone with an SD card to use though. You'd only need it for about half an hour, or you could purchase one for a low price.

It's fine safe file. I'm skilled in the area of PCs and how viruses work. I doubt someone with a lot of video uploads, and editing would upload a virus.

@Ricarnator i just tested the app then manually looked through my pc, nothing;s wrong except the fact this thing makes files from bins..... that, when used the wrong way with system files can do the damage, but this here tool of win is awesome now isnt it? im glad of this cuz i dont have to photoshop 2k pictures to restore color after using a capture card to get the pictures

@cheesk8er yeah depending on what version your wii is, the wii doesn't accept wii sdhc for brawl i don't think. Try with a 2gb sd card first.

I've tried it, but brawl encrypts the images, so if you try to manipulate the image, it won't match the image that brawl originally put out and it will register as corrupt.

Aw, DAMN!! I did this just as the vid described, everything showed up, and I was SO relieved... Then when I tried to open up the pics In windows picture and fax viewer, the program said there was "no image available"...  So then I tried Photoshop... I clicked to open the jpeg files, and photoshop was like... "could not open the file because of invalid jpg marker..." So now I'm like - WTF!!!!

When you view a replay, you're allowed to take snapshots. It's impossible to remove that feature.

Not with the converter. The converter automatically puts the image in the default aspect ratio. Your best bet is to crop it yourself, although that may result in loos of quality.

Unfortunately, this DOES NOT work with saved replays. Replays are not video files. You can't convert them, period. They are merely coordinates and data that only the Super Smash Bros Brawl Game can read. Brawl translates these coordinates and button commands to RE-ENACT the match that you had. It's not a video.
