Actually, after looking again it could use a bit mor red as the anthias look a bit washed out. The yellows are great. Great sound too . You can even hear a pop as the parrot fish bites off a chunk of coral or rock!
this is my 2nd vid shot so i was still playing around with the settings...maybe i went a bit too fast..getting better as you can see in my manta (No4.) . But really i havent done much..the camera is mostly automatic.. Am sure the colours can be enhanced during the video editng process thru Sony Vegas 9..though i would have preferred PANY add vivid colour to their firmware...pl subscribe sto my channel :-p
I think you should keep it natural rather than have everything glowing like a pic from a tourist pamphlet. You seem to have captured the colors about right. Anyone whose been arround a reef and soft corals knows that most of them aren't really colorful. When a colorful fish does come into view you can see that your camera is picking up the color very well. Just my opinion . Great vid
Wow! You must have had fun taking this video! Maybe Panasonic can update the firmware with a Vivid option? I have the same camera and pleased with the standard. These cameras can only get better! :)
WOW love the nature scenery but the color is flat like my Panasonic SD9 HD camcorder. Canon SD970 with Vivid color option on seems like it has the color right
thanks and yeh its my first time using it. I will try and found out how to make the colours more vivid..not sure how though since the settings are mostly auto though i could experiment with diff colour filters taped across the lens
