When the Moon is full it is opposite to the Sun in the solar system. So the opposite zodiac sign. The Sun will be in Virgo and the Moon in Pisces on Aug 24th.

We have New Moon in Virgo (the Sun and Moon in the same place in the Zodiac belt) on Sept 8th.
