This is called Winds Nocturne. The other is just the Boat song. It didn't have a true name to it they said in the making of the game.

Are you talking about Luna's Boat Song that's the only other L:SSSC song I know with lyrics. The song's on the original soundtrack that comes with Lunar:SSSC COMPLETE Collector's Edition and you can rip off the tracks and the Luna Boat Song will be track #23 or the 2nd last song if you don't know
