Kick Axe was the first concert I ever saw in my life. It was about 1984-1985 and I was 10-11 years old. They played the Orpheum Theatre in Estevan. It was the coolest thing I had ever seen at the time. This brings me back! Thanks for posting.

I love these guys. I always have, from day one. One thing people can not deny is the strong bass lines. I mean sure they wear cheesy 80's clothes but everyone did. The fact is, Kick Axe was a great band. I still love rocking out to them. "Vices" is one of the most underrated albums of the 80's. Long live KICK AXE!!

I actually met the guy that made that guitar. Fury Guitars out of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Great guy...fantastic guitars. Never judge a book by it's cheesy 80's cover. That guitar was of superb quality. I saw a blank of its body in his shop in 92. You couldn't ask for better craftsmanship.
