i built a pin ball machine out of wood and rubber bands when i was in junior high school because i could not come up with the electronic bumbers. so me and my friends counted every time the marble hit a rubber band. might be something you could try building.

@RUSSIASG from what i saw the rod on the right side conects the bottom lever that goes up and down from the gear to the top row guide lever. meaning it makes it jump up and down so the caps dont get stuck up at the top
