I love Erykah your right she is gorgeous and talented musician. I think her skin looks lighter because she was just in Europe for those Jazz Festivals she did and it's not as sunny in some of the countries that she visited it seemed a little chilly and performed in doors plus she was traveling so she probably hasn't had enough time to catch some rays. Probably tired too since she performs at might sometimes. Maybe she sleeps during the days/takes care of her kiddies.
