@superphoenixII not really dude yes there are some glitches but hvs released patches and for the online the improved it by far they even improved the visuals in the tech side and the art style also there are much more game modes for the online and there is splitscreen and major boss fights so overall conduit 2 is the best fps on wii in my opinion

The Conduit 2 is going to have full headset compatibility. The headset is called the headbanger headset. The game also is compatible with mo. + but its not nessessary for play.
In the conduit 2 demos, I saw the player shooting these dudes and there was a table with papers on it. He shot it and the table flew away and papers were flying EVERYWHERE! That is a good point to show that the conduit 2 should have destructible environments. HVS really did listen to our feedback and they got a really great franchise on their hands. And let's just say, I'm so excited for the conduit 2, I'm just gonna sell my red steel games. They were boring after a while anyway.
the last game I played on the wii that was a fps sucked so bad I didn't finish it. that game was far cry which is awesome on any other system. the problem is control the controls were so laggy and slow that it was unplayable
i though this game was supposed 2 have insane wii graphics... there not that good, plus the game looks gay laser guns and stuff? for real get cod black ops

Thanks for that. When I do VO Im not only trying to speak crisp and clear, but I don't want people getting bored or put to sleep by my voice. So i add some umph, energy and emotion into all of my Reviews! It makes me stand out. form the other reviewers. Yeah all my complaints have been fixed. Still Im not a huge FPS fan, so Im not overly excited about the sequel. But I will be reviewing it for the new GotGame this fall.

you probably already know this now but wii speak doesn't work unless it's friends you can't invite a friend unless it's a friend of your friend... so if your friend is in the match with one of their friends you can invite them but they have to invite you to make it legit

Um, are you kidding me dude? The online is FUCKING TERRIBLE. Guys will just seemlessly vanish, people are always doing that rapid firing SMAW glitch which like kills half the matches I play, I'll shoot someone in the face with my shotgun at 3 inches away and it does literally nothing, when you get close enough to melée you can't see what the hell is happening, just wow I'm srry but the conduits multiplayer sucks. It sucks balls.
@lildrummerboy43 Or maybe just do what I do? I actually found that if you jsut leave a game if it's hacked. And go join a new one, granted it may take a few games to get into, but eventually (for me, and keep in mind this is ME not saying it will be the same for you) you'll get into a game that's not hacked. And Stick with it! Trust me, those un-hacked games I got into, NEVER got hacked and I played like 5 twenty minute games, which equals like what an hour and 40 minutes? That's pretty good!

Nice review! I do think the Conduit was way under rated. Especially by Modern Warfare Reflex when it came out. But we must appreciate what High Voltage did. They paved the way. COD came from a major developer and an old engine, had a lot more money and workers, but is still superceded by Conduit in some ways. Hello? 12 people in a room? Thats more than even Mario Kart. This game made me a FPS player (Battlefront 2 was more of a hobby)

Yeah, that's why I always would try regional but I'd often have a hard time finding people so if it doesn't find anyone, then I just go world wide. I haven't really had a problem with lag. He comments that there is no lag online at all but has an issue withpeople disappearing into walls. That's lag. I had a fair bit of lag while playing but ran smoothly for most part.
The two weapons thing is typical for most shooters, like Halo, Call of Duty, Uncharted 2, etc. It makes weapon selection much more strategic and challenging, so you can't really criticize it. As for the player teleporting in multiplayer, that's the teleporting player with a fucked up connection that can't keep up with everyone else. Besides that, great review, great game.

Totaly agree with all the points you made , its a really good game , def one of the best FPS on Wii , still even though THE CONDUIT has online play , I gotta say that I still think MP CORRUPTION is the best FPS Ive played so far on my Wii

Granted there is alot of exploring and puzzle solving , but essentialy / first and foremost MP3 is a FIRST PERSON SHOOTER with the other elements thrown in for good measure ;)
its a FPA first person adventure. it created that genre, its a FPA because the gameplay isnt mainly based on shooting and action, its a part of the game yes but its mostly about exploring solving puzles and collecting items. thats why its a FPA
I enjoyed its graphics, sounds, and music. I liked its extras, and ability to customize almost everything you want. Having said that, Conduit is overall disappointing. Levels seemed too linear, no end boss in any mission, many hackers online, and game play became repetitive (walk, shoot, ase).
I personally hate First Person Shooters, but The Conduit is one of the best Wii games out there right now and has changed my outlook on FPS games. I can't wait to try the online game play and hope that this game becomes the Halo of the Wii.
the only thing i have 2 say... uhm... great wifi and things other games dont have? uhm... im pretty sure every other game thats a shooter has no lag on wifi... like umm... cod 4/5/6 GOW 1/2 and HALO 2/3... i love... how only thing u compared to ps3/xbox games is the graphics... then u say cpu's r dumb...? play COD 6/GOW1 on hardest dificulty... then tell me thats not hard and enemies rnt dumb... every other shooter game has what conduit has... except the change controls the game sucks...

Actually there is ONE interactive environment thingy. In first few levels if you shhot an air tank it blows up. I was pretty excited about that.

Lag isn't really a problem, it's the glitch abusers. It seems like there are more of them in regional for some reason.

Totaly agree with all the points you made , its a really good game , def one of the best FPS on Wii , still even though THE CONDUIT has online play , I gotta say that I still think MP CORRUPTION is the best FPS Ive played so far on my Wii
Ive just finished playing F.E.A.R 2
on my XB 360 , best FPS Ive played in a long time , gripping story , great graphics and its as scary as hell , AWESOME GAME

Any SHOOTING done in MP3 IS from a FIRST PERSON PERSPECTIVE
Granted there is alot of exploring and puzzle solving , but essentialy / first and foremost MP3 is a FIRST PERSON SHOOTER with the other elements thrown in for good measure ;)

but its mostly adventuring. and the shooting part isnt deep enough to qualify as a first person shooter so its a FPA adn not a FPS

The last few METROIDS GAMES Ive played , METROID PRIME GAMECUBE , METROID PRIME 2 ECHOES GAMECUBE & MP3 CORRUPTION Wii , are FIRST PERSON SHOOTERS
Thats WHY I buy them & thats WHY I play them , any game I play in which I do the shooting from a FIRST PERSON VIEW is an FPS in my book
Call it what you want , but really when it comes down to it - MP is a PLAIN OLD FPS , it NEVER used to be , but these days IT IS

its a FPA first person adventure. it created that genre, its a FPA because the gameplay isnt mainly based on shooting and action, its a part of the game yes but its mostly about exploring solving puzles and collecting items. thats why its a FPA

I enjoyed its graphics, sounds, and music. I liked its extras, and ability to customize almost everything you want. Having said that, Conduit is overall disappointing. Levels seemed too linear, no end boss in any mission, many hackers online, and game play became repetitive (walk, shoot, ase).

I personally hate First Person Shooters, but The Conduit is one of the best Wii games out there right now and has changed my outlook on FPS games. I can't wait to try the online game play and hope that this game becomes the Halo of the Wii.

the only thing i have 2 say... uhm... great wifi and things other games dont have? uhm... im pretty sure every other game thats a shooter has no lag on wifi... like umm... cod 4/5/6 GOW 1/2 and HALO 2/3... i love... how only thing u compared to ps3/xbox games is the graphics... then u say cpu's r dumb...? play COD 6/GOW1 on hardest dificulty... then tell me thats not hard and enemies rnt dumb... every other shooter game has what conduit has... except the change controls the game sucks...
