@omegadragon1000 I got 2 1/2 oz. But they plants got put under 650w of HID light for the last 4 weeks of flower, so I don't know what you would get under 60w of flouros the whole time.

@chapin2503 I mean t8's are good to veg under. I use primarily HID lights, this was just a temporary thing. You can use whatever lights you can get. cfl's, t8's, hid. Just depends on how much bud you are trying to grow and how much money you want to spend on electricity and cooling things. Good thing about flouros of any type, is that they are cool... but you don't get a lot of bud from them.

@xcptvudux lol... where were you a year ago. I figured that out. The roots basically wouldn't grow at all till I covered the tanks. Even then there were light leaks, and it's amazing, the tiniest bit of light will stop the roots from growing. These were only temporary anyways. I put the plants into my real setup as soon as the other plants were finished. Thanks for the tip though. Much appreciated.

@aleols69 Yeah, haha. I always wondered why people didn't have it all clear. It looks really cool. It is seriously amazing how just a tiny tiny bit of light will keep the roots from growing. I covered the bins, but left litte slits open and you could see where the roots weren't growing. The grow came out good in the end... you should check the rest of the videos.

@unitedfamiliagang When they are the same strain they like really close to the same ammount of nutrient concentration in the water. They will drink according to their needs. It's when you have more than one strain in one tank that's when you run into problems. I know that one from experience.... oops.

set up looks fine for veg to me but the plants look pretty unhealthy for such early stages of life! i got a 4 Bulb T-5 light for my veg and they work fucking great! 20,000 Lumens!

you'll probably yield an 8th if that on each plant. Primarily the investment will be a flop considering you could have bought that yourself while saving money on your electricity and came out positive. But hey that coulda' been a dollar you saved on your car insurance.

I got a half ounce from each plant. I invested on the setup togrow plants in from clone. That's what I did on the grow before this and got over 11 ounces. This was just some fun I was having growing on a bookshelf. Why are you so concerned with how other people spend their money anyways? Is that your mission in life?

Shit i think its a pretty cool lil setup i may have you borrow the idea for vegging clones considerings is compact and safe efficient. what are you using as a medium inside of the cups??

The clones are already in small rockwool plugs... so I just stuck the rockwool into the cups and used paper clips stuck through the sides to hold the rock wool up.

I usually use Hydroton (expanded clay pellets).... but they would have fallen through the bottom of the cups here.

Thanks bro... I covered them with metal tape. Black isn't the best becuae it will absorb the heat from the light and heat up your water. Maybe black as a base coat then white over it. Black is bad in a grow room... no reflection and traps heat.

No... not the same but close. I guess in bubleponics there is a dwc, but you also drip nutrients to the base of the plant. Not exactly sure, but they are slightly different.

That's why I have the bubbles. It's like scuba diving for the roots. Like people we can't breath underwater... we would drown unless we had a ready supply of oxygen, and that's what the roots have with the air pump.
