After listening to the CD version more than hundreds of time and having a little pause to clear my ear, I can confirm that this is totally live. But she did a great job here, really close to CD but inflections and differences in places like before the transition to touch my body and the tone in her high notes are slightly but clearly different.

Late 2008 - Mid 2009 > Her nodules were at its worst, Making her voice very raspy strained and hoarse, and unrested.

Late 2009 - Present > Her Voice is well rested, and her performances are Ok to Unbelievable! ( ex. I Wanna Know what Love is X Factor UK, and Europe performances!) ... Hope she con't to rest her voice and con't to promote good music!

disagree with you, she sounded good at 2005- late 2006 - then she kinda didn't show up in stage or go on TV much in the year 2007 cuz she was busy making E-MC2 then Early 2008 ( signs that her voices is really changing, she had trouble hitting notes) Late 2008 - Mid 2009 her voice was at her worst condition then Late 2009 and Present, her voice is in Good Condition!!

This song (which is one of the better ones on the album, even though it's the usual light Mimi fare) more than likely won't reach the #19 Ho 100 peak of "Bye Bye."
