While I don't give a rat's ass for some of the comments I read below me, I being an Oromo myself (First an Ethiopian and then an Oromo who believes in the unity of Oromia with Ethiopia), I don't see any reason why Ethiopia can't have an Oromia carrier as we have "Abyssinia flight services, Addis Air and the Oromia co-operative bank". There is no law prohibiting the establishment of such an airline in Ethiopia. We can also have Amhara Airlines, and Tigray Airlines and so on and so forth.
