  • the best ever the way it washes over you

  • too much good......to be true.........

  • What an amazing record! Bought a Japanese Brain reissue some years back, and it was magical to hear. Now, I'd been a fan of Kraftwerk since the 80's, I'd gotten Can's 'Ege Bamyasi', NEU! 2...but THIS REALLY made me want to dive into the wonderful world of 70's German music, and what treasures came to me! This music is transcendant, timeless, brilliant!

  • 3:26 minutes always gets me :)

  • @Orsankart same for me, I saw them with steve shelly on drums in central park last summer and it was incredible

  • Simply incredible

  • groundbreaking material.

  • IMMER WIEDER RAUF UND RUNTER

    EINMAL DRAUF UND EINMAL DRUNTER

    IMMER WIEDER HIN UND HER

KREUZ UND QUER, MAL LEICHT, MAL SCHWER

    IMMER WIEDER RAUF UND RUNTER

    EINMAL DRAUF UND EINMAL DRUNTER

  • great music

  • Holy shit.... I can't believe how many times these German pioneers ( Neu!, Can, these guys, etc) have been ripped of by, well, everybody. Viva Krautrock!

  • like a caramel glue gun i suck this shit downn

  • sympho electro progressive pop, I like this song very much, makes me free as a bird, hahaha

  • this song is like a drug. also, it is the SHIT

  • hammasound!!!!!!! wirklich nett anzuhören!

  • The Secret Machines covered this on their road leads where it's led ep. you should check that out!

  • Hate that word Krautrock

Most of the so called Krautrock bands have nothing to do with ROCK

  • @DanielBowden1975

its often misused for all (and often very silly) german rock from the 70s, yes.

but harmonias deluxe is sure one of the about 50 real krautrecords.

  • @DanielBowden1975 I would argue that Guru Guru, Faust, Can, Agitation Free and Ash Ra Tempel (to name a handful of bigger names) had a healthy amount of rock (of various kinds) in their origins, but they certainly moved into new territory from there! I will certainly agree with you that it's a stupid term, though, and somewhat offensive.

  • abin total ungezogen heute wer will mit mir camn der kann sich ja melden

  • @TheAddieleperas1 Hab da nen negative geklickt. tut mir leid war ein versehen, Cheers

  • Awesome album !!

  • Nice, nice and nice!!!! One of my best 10 Krautrock albums !!

     A diamond.

  • WOW, also ich muss schon sagen, dass mich der sound grad ziemlich platt macht. einfach nur unglaublich gut...

  • Up and down again and again,

Once on top and once underneath,

Back and forth again and again,

    Crisscross, once easy, once hard.

Up and down again and again,

Once on top and once underneath.

  • It's great. There's 3 or 4 mid-period Kraftwerk tunes like this on their Radioactivity album, from about 1975- if you like this you'll love them. This is all a lot like later synth-pop from post punk early 80s period- so this stuff is ahead of it's time- and an under-credited influence. The Germans did great things for modern pop. You'll also enjoy much of La Dusseldorf if you like this.

  • yes, Michael Rother originally Kraftwerk, then Neu collaborated with Cluster band to form Harmonia. No doubt the german connection here has advanced Electronic Rock. Of course no one should forget the Berlin contribution !!!

  • oh boy! This is great! Kaum zu fassen wie gut es klingt !

  • I came here from the altamont site, I like Harmonia, and I like Bryan Herman, and I like Theotis Beasley, I'm off to smoke some weed now, and listen to this again, bye bye

  • great job!

  • Excellent!!!!*****

  • wunderbar.... thanks a lot...

  • youre so right! I love what cut copy did to the song :)

  • sweetsauce!

  • This song is incredible.

  • Tut gut

  • Saw these guys last week in London- god they rock-still now- gotta influence everything from here on in.

  • German krautrock is missing link between hippie and punk rock, not to mention techno and hip-hop.

  • The Secret Machines plays a great version of this.

  • I can't for the life of me understand why gems like this are posted along side Fery2's collective soul video. I guess it just flies straight over my head. More Roedelius.
