  • BOOOHOOO SO WHO IS NAGA

  • I don't agree with what he preaches, but what happened to him is a CRIME. It shouldn't be ignored for personal beliefs

  • @0Harley0Quinn0 I agree that this things. happened to the apostles and worst. But at least they preached the true gospel of Jesus Christ.

  • I don't understand why all these jackasses show so much disrespect?? Can some one explain to me why ?

  • He rants and raves that men should be men, whatever that means, but is wearing a tonnes of make up in this.

  • You deserve all u got u dumbass! You hide behind the term pastor like a holy man guilty (I say guilty people) of molesting a child.

It's the border u were asked to pull over and u didn't! U know the check point exists u just want to be famous even if it's just from posting dumb sh$t on u tube or annoying everyone u play with on xbox!

I would pray for u but I am not as Christlike as I would like, so instead I hope u get arrested and someone makes u their play pretty!!!

  • @muleteam6 said: "You deserve all u got u dumbass!"

Not according the courts. The driver was found not guilty of all charges.

    And said: "It's the border"

This checkpoint is not at a border.

  • @muleteam6 I am NOT a fan of this pastor either. I also don't like to see a human being suffer injuries at the hands of another. I can; in this case even push that aside. How and why this happened is my 1st concern. These "border patrol" officers acted like animals. They broke the law. All charges against him were dropped. This could happen to a friend. A popular person. We are becoming a police state. We are being forced to "comply" with things that are not within the law. This is the problem!

  • Dear Sanderson1611,

    I wish they killed you,

you will decay into the soil and become nitrogen within the Earth's biospheres,

And then you will be forgotten

    - Hattori Hanzo

  • from what i've heard from this prick today he deserved everything he got.

  • Ahhhhhhhhhh! Poor little attention-seeking liar trouble maker coward proud obnoxious woman who pisses against walls!

  • I don't condone to searches. Say that, and the cop will have his ass in a law suit for searching you without a reason.

  • Welp, this video isn't biased in any way whatsoever.

  • LOL 1:00 this guy really needs to stop persecuting everybody your not jesus and your not walking in love thats what all christians are called to be you need to wake up and smelll the jesus

  • Comment removed

  • @brad27w what a coward you turned out to be!! hahaha!! that's right, remove your ignorant bullshit from this video!

  • @LSFuckingD I'm back......... nice carbon copy btw. Do you play guitar aswell?

  • @LSFuckingD Shut up, if he put his life on the line for your sorry ass, then show him some respect. I'm sure it is something you would quickly refuse to do for him. Much less for anyone else.

  • @LSFuckingD I'm sorry you couldn't grasp the simple point I was making. You need to put down the pipe and support your country. But i'm sure you would'nt do anything good for your country or your self respect. It's ok though, Ive already fought overseas for your rights to be a complete waste of space and a leach to our country. Thanks for your positive ideas. P.S. Your awesome!

  • @LSFuckingD I would type slower and use smaller words, but it wouldn't matter. I bet anything that your looking at a 3D poster of "phish" right now. It does'nt matter, your prob having a blast at your comp watching beasty porn and eating nachos.

  • @LSFuckingD Weed does make say the same thing twice! You have fun in Russia...... having all the great things that come along with Communism.

  • Sounds like he was looking for a problem and he got it. IF you want respect you have to give respect.

  • THIS IS HOW BLACK MEN ARE DONE TODAY BY THE POLICE WOW HOW DOES IT FEEL ?

  • Probably by now every DPS agent has your picture and a taser gun ready for you. XD

  • @brad27w: The demand to search was not a legal demand. My guess is that he didn't want to be searched because refusing a request to search is a right we have in the U.S.

  • @brad27w: The demand to search was not a legal demand. My guess is that he didn't want to be searched because refusing a request to search is a right we have in the U.S.

  • this is so disgusting that the police used this behaviour

not because of the check point issue it is because of the good things you do on u tube

  • He got what he deserved! He should have cooperated!!!

  • All that shows is that the agents you were dealing with were poorly trained. They either shouldn't have bothered you in the first place or, if they had an actual reason to bother you, should have completed their investigation before letting you pass. Good thing you weren't a gunman for the drug cartels or a coyote.

  • @Lumposaurus: I was defiantly dealing with poorly trained agents.

Recently, one stormed up to my truck and told me that he was going to call the sheriff to come and arrest me.

I calmly replied "for what, not rolling my window down all of the way?"

I thought the poor think would stroke out right then and there.

3 minutes later I was driving away...

Good thing he wasn't a complete incompetent, or had a weak heart, or weaker ego. (to mimic a final thought)

  • @Pafoofnik1 HA! That's definitely a good one. I do feel partly bad for them. A lot of what they do is a political football and the never quite know which way it is going to go. We spend so much money hiring these guys and I'm not sure it's really worth it. Not like they're stemming the tide of either drugs or illegals coming in to this country.

  • Which is, of course, the place for such things to be argued. I don't know enough about the case to argue the merits. But, were any of the officers reprimanded? Fired? disciplined in any way? Did someone besides the pastor or his supporters pay the defense counsel's legal fees? If the answer is no to all these questions, he should have just let them do their secondary and go on his merry way.

  • The police lawfully stopped him and asked him to comply with a secondary search. The had probable cause to do so from the canine search. If he had simply cooperated as any good citizen would he would have been on his way in a few minutes. Instead, he decided he was above the law and thought he was going to argue his way out. The Border agents, from the video I can see, acted in a thoroughly professional and competent manner. Don't care what he said or did before, the pastor is wrong case closed

  • @Lumposaurus : "The had probable cause to do so from the canine search."

This is not true. Court testimony revealed that the dog never alerted, so probable cause was never established.

And said: "he decided he was above the law"

He followed the law, according to the courts.

  • @Pafoofnik1 The place to argue that is in the court, not on the street. He had no way of knowing if the dog alerted or not. What if it did alert, he had drugs in the car and the cops simply said, oh sure, go ahead?

  • @Lumposaurus: A person can justify most anything with "What-if" statements. Let's confine ourselves to the facts.

  • @Pafoofnik1 When dealing with the cops it's best to do yes sir, no sir, keep your mouth shut and video the whole thing. You will never win the argument on the street. The part of this I have found interesting is this looks a lot like the pastor was trying to provoke the confrontation, which he got, in order to get national news attention, which he didn't get. But, what he got instead was a LOT of attention to his sermons regarding national political figures. He should have kept a low profile.

  • @Lumposaurus said: "You will never win the argument on the street. "

I disagree. I have been in situations where Border Patrol agents tried to 'argue' that I will be doing a certain action before I will be allowed to leave the checkpoint.

I didn't argue. I informed them that I did not have to do what they though I had to do.

    I was always waved on.

For more examples, as well as video proof, simply search for 'checkpointusa'.

  • what does "secondary him" mean??

  • They should have buried this dumb piece of shit in the desert after they beat him silly. America would be better for it.

  • @lormendi: Thank goodness we have laws to protect everyone from people like you.

  • The stupid ass cop didn't even give the full Miranda statement.....

IMHO from now on when any American citizen gets to these "off border" Nazi checkpoints and they're asked for their papers (what their citizenship is), they should just say "Martian" and see what happens. Start making up some Area 51 lunatic rant that you're from another planet and you arrived through the "MIB terminal" and they'll probably waive you through ASAP just to get rid of you.

  • One thing for sure.....he got his ASS BEAT LIKE A BLACK SUSPECT!!!

  • @tradersfunding Fuck you and shut your fucking mouth, go suck a cop's dick.

  • WE LOVE YOU PASTOR ! SOME PEOPLE FAIL TO REALISE THAT YOU WERE EXERSIZING NOT ONLY YOUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS BUT ALL OF OUR RIGHTS ! WHAT YOU DONE WAS VERY BRAVE AND HALF IF NOT MORE AMERICANS ARE TOO CHICKEN SHIT TO STAND FOR LIBERTY AND JUSTICE - I WANT TO THANK YOU FOR FIGHTING FOR MY RIGHTS I JUST WISH THERE WERE MORE OF YOU OUT THERE ! BEFORE LONG THERE WILL BE NO MORE CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS, WAKE THE FUCK UP AMERICA, EVEN POLICE OFFICERS RISK LOOSING THEIR RIGHTS AS WELL AS YOU AND I...

  • @Wesley53719 not really, it looks a lot like he had pot in his car and thought he could argue his way out of the rap. You don't have a constitutional right to refuse a lawful request from a law enforcement officer. And the street is certainly not the place to argue it. Though he did do the right thing by taping the episode, all it shows is that the cops were right and he was wrong.

  • @Lumposaurus said: "it looks a lot like he had pot in his car"

Please cite your sources. There were no illegal items found in the vehicle.

  • @Pafoofnik1 If such was the case, then he should have simply complied with the extended search. The cops have no way of knowing if he is being difficult because he has drugs in the car or because he is just being difficult. Again, I don't see where the pastor is justified in his actions and I don't see where the cops acted in a less than professional manner.

  • @Lumposaurus: Did he have pot in the car or not?

While you may not "see where the cops acted in a less than professional manner", the courts did.

Court testimony revealed that , despite what the handler said, the dog never alerted.

  • @Lumposaurus YES you are very correct and except my apology for over looking the error, thanks again ( :

  • One agent says to secondary him because "he's videotaping" while another says their "dog alerted." How convenient? Were drugs found??? If not is this dog still being used as the basis to deprive United States Citizens of their liberty! WAKE UP AMERICA!

  • He was lying when he said k9 alert. and what did the k9 find nothing better get rid of that dog.

  • What the fuck is up with everyone being okay with absolute authority? Video after video I see nonstop comments saying it was his own fault and that you should just do what an authority says because its an authority. Since when did unquestioning obedience become tolerable? Since when does standing up for your constitutional rights turn into having an ego? People are way to fucking blind these days. It's okay America - just sit back down and watch your television, everything is under control.

  • Mr. S. Anderson - a hero o 21 st century USA :)

  • This fucker deserves to be tased. He provokes this shit. Look for ALL his "poor lil ol me" videos.

  • cops are so fucked up, I want to take my ass back to Canada

  • who'd da thunk it, ya gotta be fearful of those you pay to protect you.. drive armed for protection from car jackers, purse snatchers, thugs lookin' to rob you and especially for those in uniform that mean you harm.. woe to he that kills innocense for reward.. maybe add the word "or does harm" after the abovementioned word "kill"..

  • once again, guy totally deserved it

  • @catlick11

    yes he did

  • @catlick11 Are you trolling or really serious? Come on now? The pastor dude is making a point and nothing more. The point is that we don't have to show ID, submit to grope or scan to board an airplane and for damn sure, not to travel down the road in the United States of America. TSA was forced to admit in open court that their "rules" are unconstitutional and illegal..(hear testimony of Phil Mocek vs. State of New Mexico TSA). Likewise, the trial with the pastor found the border patrol fup

  • @catlick11 I don't want to live in America the land of the chicken necks and home of the boot lickers. Regardless what crazy laws they draft and pass, like the Patriot Act and cops can illegally bust into a citizens' home...I go with my God Given Rights.

I don't have to show ID, I don't submit to scanning and if anyone busts down the door to my house, there will be ambulances called to clean up the aftermath.

I don't think you will like living as a communist once you get first taste of it.

  • isnt this the same dude who bashed new spring church?

  • THIS PROVES THAT THE AMERICAN GOVT IS CORRUPT. ALLOWING LAW ENFORCEMENT TO BE CLEARLY BRUTAL. PASTOR YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO THE FOURTH AMENDMENT.

  • @MicahCooper11 Why you have to get whacky. This is a serious issue and you want to talk about a totally different topic. Even if he does rape little boys, if he isn't breaking any traffic laws, cops have no right to hassle the dude and ask for ID. You're not one of those types that is hoping the TSA sets up anal examinations at the malls are you?

  • haha fag

  • @MicahCooper11 Your dad will be tased soon for sucking dick in the public park by your house.. Then what will you think when your dad is moaning like a bitch on a cock? Well, he might like it.. Never mind.

  • HERO! Could have defended himself and killed everyone of those bastards. “Citizens may resist unlawful arrest to the point of taking an arresting officer’s life if necessary.” Plummer v. State, 136 Ind. 306. This premise was upheld by the Supreme Court of the United States in the case: John Bad Elk v. U.S., 177 U.S. 529. The Court stated: “Where the officer is killed in the course of the disorder which naturally accompanies an attempted arrest that is resisted...

  • Seems the cops arent going to serve the public, they work for the elite, now the people,Its old england all over again,Instead we now have iPOD and foot ball to distract the masses

  • pig said video alert than k-9 alert?WTF

  • Can you secondary him for his videotaping then they say it was for a K9 Alert ...

You have this on tape , so therefore anything that happened after this was illegal

  • @TOGTowle: The case went to a full jury trial. Testimony revealed that the dog never actually alerted. The driver was found not guilty of all charges.

    watch?v=SD3F6gS7dvI

  • has Pastor Anderson sued the BP and DPS for their abuse of power and unlawful tazering and injuries ?

  • ugh, and idk what the american fire safety on his shirt is, but doesn't make the border patrol look any better.

  • just because hes a pastor doesnt mean hes good or anything, he probably was smuggling little boys to his house for a fondilin

  • @MicahCooper11 Ignorant comment. You seem to be thrilled to give up your freedom to the stormtroopers, enjoy the police state buddy

  • He looks better beat up, they should give the officers metals

  • i understand you're asserting your rights, but secretly i think this is what you wanted to happen. i hope you enjoyed the taser ride..

  • @m221201r this is possible, and i've kept it in mind while watching these videos, but he is also proving a point that he does not in fact have free right to travel those roads without a warrant-less search of both his documents and his vehicle.

Later when they do their protest, he explains to a real cop that that's why he's protesting, and the cop agrees that eventually they're searching you if you run up and down the roads, which as an american in america, you should be able to do all you want

  • WWJD, pastor. WWJD?

  • Land of the free?!:-))))

  • man he looks beautiful!!!! hahaha

  • police and national guard are a not your friends they are there to arrest you and put your ass in jail. They are the ones that will knock down your door shoot your dog kick your ass and take your guns and rape your wife and daughters as they are leaving your house has happen in New Orleans , Waco and Ruby Ridge, that why it call ploice state It's obvious that the police are the common enemy of the people POLICE ARE ARMED AND RETARDED THEY WILL HURT YOU most of police r a piece of shit

  • soo sanderson, hope u learned your lesson to stop going out of your way to act like a smart ass to cops and bp agents. you did this to yourself. had you cooperated from the beginning you wouldve been on your way and they wouldnt have searched you.

  • @badtiming: I'm sure the agents are learning their lesson as well.

The driver was found not guilty of all charges. He is now laying the groundwork to press charges against the law enforcement personnel that were breaking the law.

  • @Pafoofnik1 they were right up to a point. the broke the windows, they couldve just went in they didnt need a tazer. but they tazed him alot and when he was out they had way to many cops try to restrain him. it was alot of bad calls. they couldve done this alot differently. But judging by his videos, he goes around looking for this shit to happen so he can act like a smart ass. He didnt deserve to get his head busted open, no he didnt. but he definitley needs something to stop this crap

  • @badtiming\: Stop what crap? Armed federal agents stopped him and acted illegally under color of being the law.

    The driver did nothing illegal.

  • @Pafoofnik1 watch his other video, watch how he acts towards them before they even do anything. he just goes their to be a douche and then rubs the constitution in their face to look like a smart ass

  • @badtiming: If the agents would have followed the law, then the problem would have driven away in about one minute.

The fact remains that the driver did absolutely nothing illegal, yet was tasered, arrested, and charged for crimes he did not commit.

If BP agents cannot legally deal with someone exercising his rights here, then they should pursue another line of work.

No one should be penalized for following the law.

  • @Pafoofnik1 also, why is it that in both videos of him at checkpoints he is held there? why would he be held there both times if he was starting shit. The tazer wasnt necessary, they could have cracke dthe window and then pulled him out. they used wya to much force, and i think the cops should get in a lot of trouble. neither side was right. but he did this to himself

  • @badtiming: You'll have to ask the agents why they held him without cause. I wasn't there.

  • @Pafoofnik1 The law requires you to follow the reasonable requests of a law enforcement officer in the commission of their duty. You don't get to simply say:"Fuck you pig!" and drive off. The place to argue the legality of the BP's actions were in court.

  • @badtiming no go watch his other videos. he instigates all of it, and then reads his rights. if he had just been targeted out for no reaosn and stated his rights thatd been a whole different story. the fact that he went and started yelling at the cops and acting like a prick so he can look like a big shot is why this happened. The cops used way to much force and I dont think they handeled it right. but had he went and acted normal he could have been on his way

  • @badtiming: Have you ever been through these checkpoints and tried to exert your rights?

I do all of the time. I try to be as cordial as I can. It is the agents that usually start yelling.

If the agents had followed the law, then he could have been on his way.

  • @Pafoofnik1 because he goes there and wont even roll down his windows, he acts suspicious as hell. just roll down the window, talk to them for a second so they just let you go through, watch his other video. he doesnt even roll down the window, and right away he starts yelling "what do you need, what do you want." watch his other video of him harrasing the cop att the airport. I dont feel bad, he goes around with a video camera to make them all look bad. he goes out of his way

  • @badtiming: What, exactly, did he do that was illegal?

A person should not be penalized for following the law.

Have you ever been through these checkpoints?

  • @Pafoofnik1 he may not have done anything illegal but he was not cooperating at all.

  • @badtiming so what your saying is that police brutality because of not compliance is okay? We should allowed to be bullied by our "employees"? I don't want illegal immagrents to come into the country but...they cross at the border, not at check points. The fact is since there is a "war on drugs" that area of jurisdiction is under in essense "martial law". We can fight it, but we should be prepared for what happend to this pastor.

  • @badtiming: Where did the agents get the authority to detain him?

  • @Pafoofnik1 hmm I dont know, when he comes there filming them acting as suspicious as possible?

  • @badtiming: Nope. Agents here need consent or probable cause to detain beyond a brief questioning period (428 U.S. 543 (1976)).

Filming here is perfectly legal, so cannot be the basis for probable cause. (Ramet v. State 125 Nev. Adv. Op. No. 19 June 4, 2009)

The agents weren't following the law. That's why the driver was found not guilty of all charges.

  • @badtiming The point seems to be bypassing your sensors, dude. The point the pastor is making is that the border patrol has absolutely ZERO reason to interfere with the pastors' free and unobstructed travel on America's highways. That is what it means to live in a free country...the ability to travel without hassle of showing papers, answering questions, even stopping at a checkpoint is pure ziobolshevik tyranny. Surely you can understand the concept of free travel without hassle, can't you?

  • @badtiming I'd like to see if you don't become a bit impatient and behave less than sugar sweet if some government authority were to stop you ever time you walk 20 feet on the sidewalk to ask you if you're a citizen, carrying a bazooka, have a crack pipe in your sock, have 2 kee's of meth in your underwear, have to explain where have you been and where are you going, have a smelly dog scratch up you leather interior and leave slobber all over everything, have to sit in a hot cop car in HC's.

  • @DoDilly188 Dude he didnt walk down the sidewalk, he was going through a checkpoint. Luckily where I live we dont have checkpoints. But some places do for good reason. had this asshole just cooperated he would have been on his way. and if he had a problem with the check point system and invading his rights, well he should take it up with someone of higher power and not harass the men who are just there to enforce. They have no say over it, they are just there to do a job.

  • @badtiming: Had the agents followed the law he would have been on his way.

  • @badtiming Why should we have to cooperate with bullshit, unconstitutional harassment? I have zero respect for any clown that just blindly follows orders for a paycheck and is willing to piss on another citizens BOR's. Any asswipe that violates my rights to move freely or be secure in my house deserves DEATH! I guess we'll just agree to disagree.

Enjoy the boot in your face, dude.

  • @DoDilly188~ Well... u can do what Jesus would want u to do. Or u can get beat up.

His ego is just too big for his own good.

  • Police do not always need a warrant to do a search...warrant-less searches happen all the time and are perfectly legal depending on the circumstance.

  • @kemolowlow Actually they do. The Federal Government, according to the constitution's 14th amendment (if we still even live under it anymore...) 'States may provide their citizen's with more protection against search and seizures but not less'. Problem is, most (not all, some are still viable) police don't even know the damn laws. Don't ever let them think for a DAMN second that they have more people than you, the citizen.

  • You guys keep saying they don't need a warrant! Well tell the boarder patrol that cause they had no idea, if they knew exactly which laws he was breaking they're allowed to use excessive force or just call real police. But no they chose to argue with this man for well over a half hour! This guy knew they had no idea what they were tlking about.

  • @kdiddyinurcity He was videotaping that checkpoint way before to protect himself in Court cause he was harassed int he past. The reason why police officers don't want you taping them is cause you have real evidence against them and it court it will prove them wrong. If not it's there word over yours and who do you think the judge will believe? Cops lie in Court

  • JESUS SAID THAT CHRISTIANS MUST "SUBMIT TO THE AUTHORITIES." Stevie Anderson is an example of the poor state of Chrisitanity in America today. WOULD JESUS HAVE REFUSED TO HAVE HIS CAR SEARCHED??? PASTOR FAIL.

  • @robertjohnson487 if you love being subjected to the whims of a bunch of uneducated cowards then you will what's coming next. One day your children will ask why you didn't stand up for their rights and you will have no answer. CITIZEN FAIL

  • @adamproskiw Normal citizens have a right to stand against unfair government but not Christians. All of Christ's teachings say it is forbidden to stand for ones rights in anyway. The only stand Christ allowed was against the desecration of God's house."Turn the cheek when slapped, offer your coat also when someone asks for your shirt, forgive a wrong doer seventy times seven times, pray for those who hate you,do good to those who wrong you,the meek shall inherit the earth, etc."Christians=idiots

  • @robertjohnson487

would Jesus have beaten that guy for no reason,if the cops told him too?

would Jesus have thrown jews in the shower if hitler told him too?

    many people misunderstand Rom 13

  • @arridedry Here we are talking about passive submission to Aurthority, not active obedience to Authority. The only stand Christ allowed was against the desecration of God's house."Turn the cheek when slapped, offer your coat also when someone asks for your shirt, forgive a wrong doer seventy times seven times, pray for those who hate you,do good to those who wrong you,the meek shall inherit the earth, etc."Christ allows no resistance. The American Church will never accept this, but "FEW enter in."

  • @robertjohnson487 Let me ask you this. If a police officer came and demanded that you accept the mark of the beast and renounce Jesus Christ, would you comply? The Bible gives high praise to believers who will refuse to take the mark that the government forces them to take. Early believers were tortured by state sponsored torturers to force them to renounce Christ. Would Jesus have commended them for renouncing Him? Think a bit more before saying what you feel.

  • @Challagar~ They weren't trying to get him to take the mark of the beast!!!... they just wanted to search his car because they were suspicious!

He totally brought this on himself.

  • @marek0086 "they just wanted to search his car because they were suspicious! He totally brought this on himself." Since when has suspicion ever been part of the law? As I recall the correct term is "reasonable cause" not suspicion.

He did not "bring it on himself." Nothing he did justified his treatment, under any circumstances. Officers of the law are trained to safely immobilize a person or use self-defense, nothing more. This was clearly not appropriate!

  • @Challagar~ it takes TWO to tango!!!

I never said what they did was right!

U dont co-operate with police.... its NOT gonna turn out GOOD for u!

He was just being a "hero".... u know.... "tuff guy". His ego is too big for his own good.

  • @marek0086 Why should you "just cooperate" with an unlawful order???

Just because a cop orders you to do something does NOT automatically mean it's the law, or that the cop even knew what he was talking about.

The days of cops actually knowing the real laws is long gone past, they make shit up as they go now more than ever before.

  • ok I am new to subscribing you. What exactly happened? why were you beaten and tased and why were you video taping? ohhh im sooooo lost and have so much to catch up on.... Anyone, please respond if you know?

  • you got what you deserved for being a jackass!!! you do not have the right to block traffic and they do have every right to stop you at an immigration checkpoint no mattter who you are!! dont be a dumbass next time. youre a pastor too, keep the law

  • @kelseyjudd: "you got what you deserved" He sure did. He was found not guilty of all charges.

  • @kelseyjudd Please comment back and tell us your were just joking.

  • Anderson got owned....hahahahahahaha...what an idiot! what do you expect? are you really that stupid tht you did not predict that would happen? they don't know you, you could have been carrying drugs, a kidnapped child, weapons, etc...you're a nut Anderson...grow up!

  • @ReinaValera1865: He sure did get owned! All charges were dismissed with prejudice. He is now free to press charges against the officers should he choose to do so.

  • @ReinaValera1865

You are a fucking idiot aren't you? HE DIDN'T BREAK ANY LAWS.

Upholding your rights is not illegal, is not suspicious behavior, and certainly does not give them the authority to brutalize you.

Did you miss the whole "secondary him for videotaping"? It was purely retaliatory.

The elitist element in this country is hoping that we'll willing give away our rights in exchange for a false sense of security. And people like you go right ahead and do it.

  • @Hardwyre

    He didn't obey the orders!

  • dont yah love liven in america

  • After watching this I think it is time for a pig roast!

  • Anderson're still here? A year ago here? Go away and take your videos whiners out of here, smell like crap, are getting bad, you're taking up space on Youtube with this crap.

  • @jpires900: Running a Windows box? If so, then I imagine pressing alt-F4 will take care of your perceived problem.

  • A mentally unstable man in Perth (Australia) recently took to a bridge, naked and brandishing a gun. What did the police do? They talked him down and he was taken into custody for medical and psychological evaluation. No one was hurt. Now, what do you think would have happened to that man in the US?

All other arguments aside, Mr Sanderson wasn't brandishing a weapon and he was not a threat. Why was he beaten up so savagely? For being annoying? For arguing? Timewasting?

  • And..., and..., I bet you that he's gay. I am more than certain.

  • He deserved it!

  • @whyuahater3 why didnt the officers just call in local police with a search warrent than. remember this is us border agents 50-100miles from the usa border. allow this today and 2mrw they will be 200-500-1000miles from the border with check points.

  • This guy goes around harassing officers and wonders why he has so many problems. If every time you get pulled over, stopped, or questioned for doing something that looks out of the ordinary in whatever precinct you're in... What is the one common part to this? Different cities, states, agencies... YOU are the only thing in common.

  • @TonimusMaximus: Most of his videos are filmed at Border Patrol checkpoints. They stop nearly everyone that passes through them.

  • @TonimusMaximus"This guy goes around harassing officers and wonders why he has so many problems."

Harassing? You mean not rolling over is "harassing"? The "common part" is the system. However, even if he IS goading them, they have NO RIGHTS to keep stopping and trying to imtimidate people like this. This is EXACTLY what it is; intimidation and obedience training for the future planned system. IT IS WRONG. PERIOD.

  • @CodeTwo2

Indeed, no matter how annoying Mr Sanderson was or how much goading he was doing, this is not an excuse for someone to play judge and jury, acting outside their own authority and effectively suspending a US citizens rights under US constitutional law. Such violations by people who occupy positions of authority are lawlessness, and more dangerous than the lawlessness of the petty criminal. Yet more dangerous still is the the willingness of the people to just let it slide.

  • I cannot understand why ,as a Christian you would not simply allow the officers to look in your car. This would probably have taken no more than a few minutes of your time and you would have been on your way without further ado. As Christians we are not supposed to "stand on our rights" The most perfect man who ever lived stood innocent before Pilate and did not call down legions of Angels but as a sheep before her shearers he remained silent.

  • @oworm

If we follow your logic then we could argue that Paul should not have appealed to Caesar. Would you argue Paul should have remained silent? If Paul, a Roman citizen, could appeal to a higher authority, then why do you argue that a US citizen should not appeal to a higher authority (in this case the US Constitution)?

I don't agree with the way he went about asserting those rights and I question his motivations. But his rights under the law were violated, the court ruling in his favor.

  • @Keruaran

The difference was in Paul's attitude as you correctly implied. Sanderson displayed an attitude unbecoming to a Christian and especially more so as a leader in the Church.

  • i think you deserved it you prick

  • Ministry of trade has a complaint box waiting to receive individual border agents names that f up majorly on people that don't deserve it, so think money & communicate with that portion of the Govt that wants more money by travelers say look i will not travel unless you tell me when. Let the Govt fix it's self with in, home land security/ other agencies/ military pricks can be shutdown only if we focus as civilians and watch their bases on our soil report to other civilians of their activities

  • Lol. God's getting ya back!

  • he should have been humble like Jesus before Pilate and stop ignoring the police

  • "He's secondary for video taping."

    Wow!

  • Should have done what the officers asked you to do in the first place....Dumbass!

  • @Jonni55106 Next time they ask you to spread your cheeks for no reason, make sure you do it with a smile! Hopefully they forget the vasaline with your ignorant ass!

  • Did he sue them? any word on the verdict and settlement?

  • @Allanlegacy43 The court ruled in his favor.

  • LOL they should have killed you!

  • Sounded like to me the police officer that said. Can you secondary him he is video taping. I think what happened was he was talking to another police officer going to tell him what he is being seconded for and realizing that the video camera was taping he stopped himself. Meaning he was hiding what the reason was. Obviously since he didn't want to say what it was cause of the camera it must have been something bad. Meaning not true. I hope they all get there badges tookin away and thrown in jail

  • Any of you mothers fuckers out there posting bad comments out thee about this. Read the fucking constitution. Then you might understand the rights you are giving in America. Any of the BP agents on here all i have to say is shame on you. Your the reason why this Wonderful country of ours is looking bad to other people. Your a waste of human life. Why don't you go to church and and learn why Jesus gave his life for us. Learn Humility and Compasion wich none of you have.

  • hey idiot why didnt you just listen?!?!? you wouldnt have gotten your head bashed in LOLOLOL LOL LOL HAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!! and you wouldn't be crying and bleeding all over your car. JACKASS

  • @lavellove1 always the hard way lol all this for what to get beat up and now you have a record lol

  • Sounds like more BP agents posting comments again. BP Agents in this region speak Spanish and many are second generation Chicanos with roots in Mexico. In Mexico there are checkpoints by Federales on all mayor highways. This is just like being home for most BP Agents.
