  • as long as they give a good massage then they can do all the shells they want.

  • Makes me want to go to Hawaii and train with her. I love her principles

  • Folk paganism has had much more disproven than science. No one ever claimed the world is flat, that was a misconception, the spherical nature of the world was known since antiquity. Atoms and molecules had been known side by side and it was known molecules had substituents since the idea first came up (with Plato). Also it was Ptolomy who did the whole solar revolution thing. Keep your generic responses for the uneducated.

  • how do you get said energy out of the shells?

  • @xleaflettex lolz. You tell the shell to release the said things into the universe.

  • so then, by your definition, "folk paganism" holds no spiritual merit? are you also saying that the flat earth theory was never believed nor taught? I have a collection of old science text books which emphatically state that the molecule is THE smallest particle in the universe. as for an "empirical" belief about manner of the sun's revolution, that too is written in much older texts than I can afford to purchase;and it was written by scholars who were considered experts at the time.

  • Seriously people? a video 3 minutes and 44 seconds long is supposed to teach you about the "spirituality" involved ? this is more of an invitation to learn than a whole lesson. As for the "energy" if you believe in the basic laws of physics...you know, like why the earth can spin on it's axis and we don't fly off into outer space...why hot = hot and cold=cold; why your feet get hot when you step onto hot concrete, that's only a small part of what the "energy" is.

  • Regarding 1:13 where she is using a shell to pull the negative energy from the shoulder area - I can just see my L. A. clients firing me (or simply never calling me again) as I use a shell to help with healing instead of my own hands & hard work.~~I do believe that natural items such as shells CAN & DO help us with their energy but I also have noticed that 99.999% of Americans don't *get* the nature-spirit connection. It wd have been nice if Karen had touched on client education in this area.

  • Agreed. If it works it works. No need to make stuff up to explain why.

  • Exactly what's the energy? Grr, can't stand it when I hear things like that. Be spiritual, but don't be crazy.

  • @oppiten Explaining the spirituality behind something like this with science defeats the purpose of it being spiritual. Science books are full of information that has been proven incorrect. "The molecule is the smallest particle in the universe" "The world is flat" "The sun revolves around the earth" not so true now....but back in the day anyone who didn't believe those things as true was "crazy". Open your mind a bit my friend...our brains are pretty puny compared to all that's out there

  • @feybriona The ancients knew the Earth was round, just not its exact size. It is a common misconception that they thought it was flat. No one ever has ever claimed the molecule was the smallest particle in the universe as it, by its definition, is made up of subunits...and no one ever empricially confirmed that the sun revolved around the Earth. Our brains are as magnificent as a star, folk paganism however, is not.

  • @oppiten------ energy makes up the entire universe ,every molecule of matter, vissible or not,is energy.everything is vibrating with energy even things you cannot see .does it make scence to you now??
