Why on earth did Jenny provoke so much anger? It's as if gay women can't stand to see any character suffer through intense issues, as if they have their own emotional baggage swept under the carpet and Jenny reminds them of it and maybe cos it takes so much effort just to deal with being gay on its own? Or else there's so little for gay women on tv so any show dealing with that has gotta be as feelgood as possible?
