@TheHofdingi id go with the Ruger. This AK is not like the real ones. Its a pain in the butt to clean. it has so many little parts and it doesnt just break down like the real ak's do. So if u want something that u can take apart and clean in under 30 mins id go with the Ruger.

This gun states on the side to use high power 22's. The regualar 22's such as the economy box from walmart doesn't have the blow back to cycle the action. Stingers or MiniMags work well, or an equivelant. I shot a friends, and cycled maybe 150 rounds with no jammimg. Then used some Federals from Walmart that work well in my 10-22 and they failed to work properly. I like the gun, and will likely buy it from him.

Well I am getting it for $400, which is pretty dang good if you ask me. I went to another place and found it again and they were selling it for $500 there. When I get it I might record myself shooting it.
@dills2403 when it comes to guns like the ak-47 or ar-15 the law in CA is in the gray, what i mean by that is....in some parts of the state cops will not say anything about you owning an ak47 or ar15 as long as u have the mag lock and 10 round clip. but other parts of the state cops will toss your ass in jail and take away all your guns because you own a assault weapon.

hey pred i have the same gun and same clip how can you take the mag block from 10 to 15 rounds, anyway its a grate gun and the first 2250 rounds i put through it i had 1 jam on the 9th round of the last mag... it has a tight grouping at 50 yrds 20 rounds 3 inchs... i would reccamand cleaning it 1 a month "rem oil worls grate for these... i can unload the mag in 1.98 seconds (a friend timed me), it has a range of 100 yds. i got a 10/22 with a "gat" trigger and a 25 round mag and the ak is beater
i have 1 of those and the ar version with with colapsable stock-in my opinion from having and owning them since the mid 80's -- they are junk-they jam frequentlly they do have good aiming but the 2 guns are the SAME meaning u can interchange the mags for either of them -they are the same gun but with different furniture-1 of my early vids has a little info on them-the video is named"the rest of my guns"-thier dirty as hell but i hadnt cleaned them for ever-check it out-nice vid man

I'm a Filipino and I find it quite ironic that this Philippine-manufactured rifle isn't available in local gunstores (at least in my place). How sad. I was thinking of getting the Armscor M1600R but since it isn't available, I bought a Marlin 795 instead; made in the U.S.A. by American Craftsmen.

I'm a Filipino and I find it quite ironic that this Philippine-manufactured rifle isn't available in local gunstores (at least in my place). How sad. I was thinking of getting the Armscor M1600R but since it isn't available, I bought a Marlin 795 instead; made in the U.S.A. by American Craftsmen.

sorry you cant get it there. its a great gun. maybe you can buy it off line and have them ship it 2 you. the m16 is cool the one i seen was all F*** up but it still looked like a sick gun and for only 200$ thats a good deal
