God, i love Disney. I'm so lucky I could watch it when I was a child. Most children this days have only Miley Cyrus, Edward Cullen and stuff like that. So sad.
Only now do I realize that the newer Disney Movies are never as good is because Walter Disney has set the bar so high. He and only he can create Magic like this
Disney should just stick to animation... and they should do more 2D stuff like the golden age of animation. 3D is not an improvement its an alternative
Love classic disney with all my heart! Aladdins my favourite, lion king sends shivers up your spine, little mermaid make you Dream. I could go on and on!
I'm 13 years old and still love this old Disney Movies, but I hate this new 'Disneystars'. I think Miley Cyrus; Selena Gomez and all these other kids aren't stars. They're just silly -.-
!6 year old guy and I fucking love old Disney. All of the songs, the hidden messages you wont see until you're older, and, of course, the amazing artwork. I'm glad to be a 90's kid. Long live Disney.
amazing video... for 4:27 i was an innocent and carefree ten year old child again with a bright future and nothing to worry about... thank you and very nicely done!
The Disneyland fireworks show is much better. Sounds of Pinocchio or Cinderella can be heard. Something much more beautiful than any actor or actress on some show.
I miss Disney. The REAL Disney. Enough of all that Good Luck Charlie or Hannah Montana crud, I wanna watch black and white Mickey Mouse! Or Pocahontas! Aladdin! Hercules! Ariel! Just someone who is REALLY a Disney star, and NOT someone like Miley Cyrus or something. A DISNEY character. Tangled was Disney's best work in YEARS. I want the Disney that makes me wanna fly, on a magic carpet or because of Tinkerbell. Swim with Ariel! Something! I just want it back. TT~TT
@DaProfesser13, you are so right the best Disney movies were make from the 1950's to 2000. That crap we see today is nothing to the magical movies from those days. It's like every movie from that 50 odd year period was sprinkled with magic pixie dust or something.
@Lisooshy Well that's not enirly true, although I agree the best erra for Disney was during those 50 years, the newer studio has still managed to get it right occasionally. I really liked Treasure Planet and the Emporer's New Groove. Meet the Robinson's was a good one as well even if it wasn't animated in the traditional mannor. And Tangled! OMG that movie was amazing, it was like I steped back in time to those 50 years of greatness :)!
I totally love this video. It capture the Disney magic really well, the good and even the bad times. Disney has this magical and warm glow about their classics and I think you did a great job on showing that. Bravo!!!
Screw High School Musical and Hannah Montana; THIS is what Disney is really about. A beautiful and amazing video showing the true magical classics of Disney!!
I miss the old classic Disney films, I watched them so much when I was little! I'm going to start rebuilding my collection now! And that Kingdom Hearts song was a great choice! :D
The kingdom hearts song went so PERFECT with this collection. KUDOS to you for making this. I love kindgdom hearts and disney, this completely blew me away. :D
You, my dear Emily, have a gift. The way in which you chose your scenes captured the spirit and the essence of life in each frame. It is the excitement of that moment that inspires you. I'm curious if you are left-handed. That means you use the right side of your brain, which is the creative side. You possess talent that you are just beginning to tap into. The fact that you used the Czech Philharmonic for your music shows you have a taste for the finer arts of life! Soar, young lady!
epic. i love disney, everything about it. movies, music, princesses. they're timeless classics and i don't think i could ever take it out of my life. here i sit, an 18 year old college student, wishing i had every disney movie known to man =)
i like DISNEY not disney chanel. old disney movies like these are powerful and just great.. i hate what disney has become even though i am 13 and all they want is it to be from this generation. but idc! we need the old disney back!
Okay, this is a serious question... Do you think it is odd that a young woman of 18 years old is into Disney stuff- princesses, the music, the movies, etc.? I just want some different opinions b/c my family thinks it's weird and that I need to grow up. :-(
hell no! Disney is quality, and the old films are legit great movies. Anyone who can't see that needs to watch them again. They weren't made for just kids, they're suppose to be films that people of all ages can enjoy.
@jdobluvrs well im 14 and EVERYONE in my family critises me and says to stop watching this crap! omg how is this crap!?? this is my life!!!!! i noe evry movie, evr line and every song by heart!!!!!!!!<3333 disney
@jdobluvrs Im 21 and watch Disney movies religiously. My Mom is 46 and watches Disney movies religiously. I seen nothing wrong with it. People these days think getting drunk and having sex is the norm. I think being above that makes you a better person:)
@jdobluvrs No, because i'm the exact same age n i love disney. my room at school has Ariel all over it and i live by the morals i learned from disney as a child almost religiously. I get critized all the time for it n yeah it is annoying. but i'm not gonna change that cause it's a big part of me n u shouldnt change it if its a part of u. Its not about maturity, it teaches u to b strong, courageous, to see urself as u want to be, to dream instead of accepting the adverage n ordinary.
@jdobluvrs Oh god no! There are some people who are over there 30s, and they still love disney. Heck I'm 17 and I am a disney freak! There is nothing wrong with that. I mean Disney brings back childhood memories.
@jdobluvrs You already got a lot of answers, but I can't help but reply, too, because it's really important to me. I'm 18 as well, and unnaturally obsessed with Disney. Just recently, I bought the Beauty and the Beast DVD and went to the cinema to watch Tangled - and I took it 100% seriously, not even a hint of a patronizing smile or something! I believe that Disney can teach you to be happy just the way you are, with yourself, with the world...how can anything that warms your heart like that
@Heowa ever be wrong? Even though this might sound cheesy: The day I'd lose my love for Disney would be the day the world turns grayer... Of course one needs to grow up sooner or later, but growing up has nothing to do with abandoning the things one has loved all one's life...
I am the same way. My bedroom looks like a 4 year olds and I am going to college next year in Florida so that I can work for Walt Disney World. I get picked on all the time too. Don't let it get to you. Disney is a great thing or else it wouldn't be as huge as it is. Keep your chin up!
@jdobluvrs then your family is stupid. One of Disney's ultimate selling points is the the fact that their timeless, ageless movies. Besides if you rewatch them when your an adult you miss a lot, A LOT, of adult humor that they hide in their movies
@Fuzzyfezz No, just because someone's family is trying to ween them toward having an actual life instead of being obsessed with cartoons doesn't mean they're stupid, adult humor doesn't make it any better. Disney fans need to calm the hell down, they're so rude and have no manners with people just because they don't see the "Magic" in Walt Disney's productions.
@jdobluvrs Gosh, no! I'm 21 and my roomie's 22 and we're LOVING it, singing along to every single song and crying like babies over Mufasa, at the end of Toy Story 3 and so on. There's NOTHING wrong with loving Disney even though you're technically an "adult".
I love the princesses, and am currently doing research for some cosplay suits.
@jdobluvrs NO!! Growing out of disney is like growing out of your own skin!! I am 16 and proudly wear my disney princess backpack! I have been told that I have to grow up, but if that means giving up something I love (ie. the magic that is disney) I say screw it! xo Stay with it <3
