@wishingonthemoon1 ...her facial expressions are kinda tame compared to Cecilia Bartoli, but I guess it helps them to produce such a beautiful sound. If thats the case, she can look like a kabuki mask if she wants.

The facial expressions help. Trust me. You use certain expressions for certain letters to keep them in tune

Mozart would be so pleased to see this! Ms.Battle was perfect as always. Wonderful and flawless technique. Gorgeous coloraturas, breathtaking trills, accurate crescendos and such a voice! Pure voice, angelical timbre, silver tone. By far the best rendition of this motet.
