I finally made a playthrough of that game.

Cool.

Dude, this game was supposed to be a sequel to the game. How is that possible if there has not been a sequel for the movie, the game play is all right but if this game was combined with the story of the original game but this style of play it would have been better

According to well, Wikipedia, the Legendary Warriors version is a different game than the regular ones, the story in this one is more like a sequel to the movie because it says that Tai Lung comes back in this one and starts kidnapping people. I'm thinking about getting this game because the way that site described almost made it sound like an old 2 player action/platform game.

I don't know, I just bought it today and I don't have a Wii in my dorm, only back home. Though I wish there were playthroughs of that. ^^;

Okay, I actually play the game, it's all right but I think you'll mostly be dissappointed in what it's advertising. Gameplay-wise there's only 3 parts, 1 part for beating up enemies, 2nd part for doing a mini game, and the 3rd part is to beat a boss, that's it. What's worse is that even though your friend can help you beat story mode, his actions in the game doesn't count in it's progress, meaning Tigress will get progress % and Po will get nothing. 1P has to play as both to get their %.

Another problem is that your friend 2P doesn't show up in the game cutscenes not even in the level cleared screens until you beat the final boss in which that is the only time you'll (1P) will share the screen with the 2P. Also what I meant in the 3 parts of the game is that you're in ONE room beating up enemies and you're in ONE room beating up the boss after the minigame part after the first one, there's no road whatsoever, just 2 rooms. For game that advetises 2P, your friend is left out alot

That's pretty much the cons of this game. The Pros are that the game does let you beat the game in story mode with your friend as it advertises so it's not that bad, attacking with the Wii mote movement is different and it's challenging to beat enemies up like. I'll also have to admit that minigames are a bit fun and using the super attacks makes it more fun to beat up your enemies, it's also fun to see what happens if you mess it up, Tigress falls and Shifu breaks his flute if they messed up.

I think the biggest Pro part about the game is that the story is finally original and it's a SEQUEL :D to the movie. Tai Lung really does come back and all the characters played their roles perfectly and it's almost like the Secret of the Furuois Five movie. It was fun to watch the story of this game and see more of the Kung Fu Panda world. I just wished that the 4 you control had lines or affect the storyline differently when you choose them. The story made more sense than the other game movie

Now to actually answer your question, in one review said the game is good, but only for fans of beat'em ups and also the movie. For everyone else it said it will bore them. Proof of that is true is that while I was having fun playing the game alot to beat the challenges to earn the next difficulty in story mode, my little brother grew bored of it easily after we beat the game once. Unfortunately, I have to agree with him, it's fun for fans, but for anybody else. Now I wonder if the DS is better
