  • Hi, I just made this recipe and it came out very rubbery and dry. I thought that I followed the recipe exactly, but I am in the US and equivalents may be a bit different. Do you have any idea why it came hard and rubbery?

  • Buy a silicon loaf tin ;) Thanks for the recipe..I'm vegan so I'm gonna try it with a mixture of soy and pea proteins and egg white replacer. Do you know how much carb is in each portion?

  • Hi, yes I desperately need a new loaf tin LOL. It makes 12 portions, each one has just over 4g carbs. Good luck making the vegan version, let me know how it goes :)
