@bornin86 The reason that is might result in the "reported" rapes. People in chile are not gonna "report" a rape because their police are corrupt. Not to mention the population is smaller in all those countries. The governments of those countries (not Spain) might also downplay the numbers. I'm not saying America is great or anything but you can't use those stats.
