Having seen him many times over the years as he toured the US - I have become more appreciative of his "other" recordings. I cry no matter what the language. Fabulous!

I love your creative genius! I am so happy I discovered your site and thank you so much! I heard the English version in Chicago in late 70s for the first time!! Your homage to him i so wonderful and I am going to share on my facebook page so others can enjoy!. As a 76 year old, l listen and remember my youth! Thank you again..

Quite simply a "stupendous tribute" of a unique order not previously offered before here on Youtube!
This was a masterful collage of multiple languages blended seemlessly together in a marriage of German, French and Italian. Bravissimo Mr.Croat for your youthful creativity and fresh approach, to such a well known standard, for which Msgr. Charles has charted the world and sung for all of us, throughout these years!
