@justinC504: no you ignorant twit, No Affirmative Action= Hire or admit whoever is qualified, then find out what they look like when you meet them. Many Hispanics are as white as Caucasians and you wouldn't even know they were Hispanic if they didn't speak Spanish or have a Spanish speaker's accent. Someday whites will be the minority in number just because they tend to have less kids. Many people will be mixed.
