My problem with that is Silva has been beaten 4 times, GSP could stake a claim but he has been knocked out, and submitted. Fedor in 30 fights has never been beaten. I understand that no one is unbeatable and it's true, everyone is human. I'm not a Fedor nut job that goes around and constantly claims that Fedor is the best. You look at Silva and you see that he has lost in his earlier years of his career, there's nothing wrong with that. His skills weren't at the level where they are today. But you look at Fedor and he has been dominant throughout his whole career. People throwout the "He hasn't fought anyone good" card, well Silva lost to some low rankers.

Lol, arlovskis only losses in ufc were against sylvia and one against rizzo earlier in his career.. he had 5 wins in row with 4 ko against guys like Rothwell, Cruz (who had recently beaten up Mir) and Werdum, before he fought fedor..and when he left ufc he had 3 wins in row so he coule even have a titleshot against Mir..but he chose to leave u retard because he was tired of the shitty organisation called ufc..

My problem with that is Silva has been beaten 4 times, GSP could stake a claim but he has been knocked out, and submitted. Fedor in 30 fights has never been beaten. That one loss was contraversal because it was an illegal elbow, and then he avenged that loss. I dont think Fedor has to fight in UFC, to prove he's the best, the UFC should be sending guys out to fight him. He managed to become the best HW without the UFC.

Silva is not the best pound for pound fighter. I can tell two people who can beat him: Cung Le (when he finishes his movie: Pandorum) and Dan Henderson will beat him.

pound for pound means nothing anyway, are you trying to say if GSP was as big as Brock Lesnar for example he would still be faster than Brock he wouldn't because of all that extra weight.

Why the fuck are we comparing two fighters who aren't even in the same weight class. Of course Anderson would probably lose, this is MMA not street fighting idiots, size does matter. Does that make Fedor better than Silva? No.

andersen is the POUND FOR POUND fighter in the world. he's a middleweight. Fedor is a heaveyweight. Fedor would probably win in a fight, but Andersen is still the best fighter.
