how do you pinch a nerve in your neck? and why would it hurt so bad?

still don't know but was out of work for awhile; it is fixed now but i was not too happy with hospital bill lol; deadlifts are up to 470lbs now; will post video when i hit 500lbs :D

i had that went to a chiropractor got it fixed, it was a trigger point chiro with a tool not the old fashioned way

Well the first couple of days, I almost went to the hospital.  Luckily the worst occurred on the weekend so I could rest. Couldn't really move my body without having the nerve spread pain through my body. I tried taking aspirin and just lie down flat without a pillow. It went away after awhile.

I had a severe pinched nerve in my neck which made the rest of my body be in pain.
