If the patient hits zero vitals on Bythos, it seems they stay alive an extra second

I got him down to one health (Bythos)

Then he made lacerations that brought my patient to Zero, I didn't realize I could've injected and was still playing. D:

They have to hit exactly zero for that to work. If you are 15 vitals and you get an attack that hits for 15, you will be fine provided you are quick on the syringe. If you get an attack that hits for 20 though, you're done.

I hate Bythos, I can never get the suturing to work well enough when I'm in a hurry.

A drain for lacterations? I wouldn't have noticed that if I didn't read your description ;)

Also, you are very good a finding a path for the core... I guess I need to work on that xP
