  • Cut your fucking nails. Disgusting

  • Nice review.

  • It really looks like my m&p 40c.

  • Nice

I read something about a 357 sig version winning a award

But 40 ammo is cheaper and I've found more high velocity 40 ammo than 10mm or 357sig

  • Hey, thanks for making the video. But, dude, if you make any more. Stop moving

the pistol and use better lighting. I don't want to sound unappreciative, I'm just sayin'. It was still better than others I've seen. Too bad folks don't know about these pistols. It doesn't get any better. They're better quality than Glock and have an improved design. Polymer over metal frame, instead of rails pressed into polymer. .The engineer who designed this gun used to work at , that other co.

  • @miophx Yeah, I'm a broke college student with no camera man or stand, just the gun and an iphone in one hand in a dark college dorm. Just wanted to let people know about it.

  • @jpap967 Holy Shit......Your college lets you have firearms in your dorm? None of mine ever did.

  • @rogerpemberton Its an apartment off of campus. Technically they don't allow me to have them in my apartment either lol.

  • @jpap967 Really? How the hell could they keep you from having something completely legal in your apartment? Are you not 21 yet?

  • cut your thumb nail

  • @64ig6kg0 Nah using my thumb nail to play acoustic guitar is not only more convenient it is also cheaper than using a thumb pick.

  • @jpap967 fess up, you have a long thumb nail to do bumps off of :)

just kidding dude, good vid. And fuck the weirdo's man! why anyone gives a shit about the length of your nails is beyond me.

  • @ChromeArty Dude, doing bumps off of the thumb nail would be kinda awkward... It's all about that pinky nail!

  • Could you shake the camera more and adjust it more out of focus? How about not keeping the gun in frame more? Also, always backlight the subject so there is no detail seen and everything is in shadow.

    Where is your brain?

  • good review, I'm thinking about picking one of these up (regular M) but just worried about the low pick-up by the public of these, as far as accessories, availability. Would like nite-sights too

  • @sleighte It's true accessories are far and few in between but it shouldn't stop you from buying an awesome and reliable gun. There are trijicon night sights available for it but like I said they are three-dot night sights.

  • Can someone tell me why it's a Smith & Wesson also?I don't know anything about guns but I'm looking to buy one soon.Any help would be appreciated.

  • @tgnz24 I don't believe Smith and Wesson has anything to do with Steyr or these guns... If they do now, it's probably because they imported some of them under Smith and Wesson, like how Smith and Wesson is affiliated with Walther and imports their guns from Germany

  • @tgnz24 As I understand it, the gun has nothing to do with S &W. It's the name of the cartridge. .40 S&W.

  • @tgnz24 .40S&W is a caliber..

  • Steyr is importing these guns again. They have upgraded them a little; I love these pistols.

  • The M40 I have shot had two malfunctions in 100 rounds; a failure to go to battery and a failure to fire. Was not my gun so I can't say why.

For short fingers the gun feels weird to grip, because it has a long flat grip with grooves. My knuckle found out the hard way that I was holding it improperly the first 10 rounds.

The pistol is very accurate. I shot under 3" at about 50+/- feet. At 22 feet shot under an inch.

Recoil feels like a SR9 maybe less with 180gr @ little over 1000fps.

  • @FCDRIFTER I've had similar experiences with the S40. My M40 and M9 have functioned perfectly though.

  • With nails like yours, who needs a gun

  • @kakasanti lol, I play the acoustic guitar so it's only my right hand that has longer nails

  • @jpap967 Cool, nice pistol by the way. They are very hard to find these days, even harder to find a holster for' em. Do you have a holster for it?

  • @kakasanti Yeah I had Crossbreed make me a SuperTuck holster for an M9-A1 and it worked great forboth pistols.

  • Nice review, I own a M40-A1 and the trapezoidal sight picture on the steyr's is way ahead of its time...great little gun!!!

  • this is the perfect pistol can you buy it when your 13 sorry I would like to know not very sure

  • @haloreachnoble4jun Gotta be 21 to buy a pistol lol, only 8 more years!

  • @jpap967 damn well thanks anyways

  • @jpap967 but can you use it with a parents supervision

  • @haloreachnoble4jun probably in afghanistan you can.. but USA u gotta be 21
