I went there..... the first time i ate the calf and the dog started barking so i ran towards the purple cloud then it like disappeared and went way across on the other side of cattle ranch so i didnt have enough time to run there so RIGHT EXACTLY when i reached the purple cloud i got shot.... -.- lol

Instead of walking around in the fenced area, you should walk around the fence searching for the calf, and in WQ 2.5, you can only go there when you have pups...

@Animallover11486 no you dont have to do this mission. p.s.-stalk and keep away from the cows as best you can, when you kill the clf eat fast then when you hear dogs barking just run into a cow. it will say that th ecows chased you off the ranch you will reappear outside the fence next to the cloud that takes you back to slough creek. there will be a new calf and you can do this as much as you want

@MrsWonderWoman100 yeah you gotta have the pupys, feed em and gaurd em for a while and evantualy a message will pop-up saying that "they'll stay closer to home, but dangers are coming ect ect." and after that THEN you can go to ranch and the icon will be on there.

Q to change speeds (very helpful when hunting rabbits)

And press shift to stalk or crouch

I had 4 pups 3 died cuz the stupid bird ate them and the one that survived I hid her into a bush so I could hunt then I got way too far away from her then I went back and she was gone I went to my mate and she was still at the den. And can you take you pups on the farm with you or will they die?

The ranch is quite dangerous. You can easily get killed if you are not fast enough. I say the first sign that you gotta get outta there is a dog barking. Usually if you are not quick enough after that, you get shot.

thats the prob, you can take two all the way there and come back for the other two but they can get attacked and you could be at the other end of the map or you could take them a little each so there all close enough for you to stop them being killed....but this takes ages ^^'

that's because it does not show on the map. On the compass thing, you should see a fence icon, buried beneath the other signs. When you get there, on the far right just above the water, you can hunt calves

After a bit I found the game fairly easy. I can get all four pups from aspan to the summer den without one getting killed. But I really wish people haddent talked up the game so much, I expected this awsomely wonderful game and didnt get it but it's still nice to play and I cant wait till' they release the delux version.

well I think that wolf quest ends when you have to move your pack to another place for the summer...

You have even the choice to stay at the den. But I never known that there is a night quest in wolf quest~!

chances are some will die, it's very hard to get 4 there without any dieing. In one game I lost 3 in less then a minute coz I left them at the other end of the map to get the last one :(
