OMG!!! I have been looking for this video since 2000!!!!!! On BET's 20th anniversary they show a clip of the women coming through the 20 years and like two seconds of this video was shown, but of course it didnt have sound of what she was sanging, I just remember the dress. WOW!!! Thanks!!!!
