Title says parkour, not run around and do half chin ups. Parkour means to get from point A to B the fastest. Basically, case in point at 1:54 .

Nice,
porbeer bij 1:30 je voeten gestrekt naast elkaar te houden dat maakt het wat zwaarder
of helemaal uit te laten zakken en weer helemaal omhoog.
En ik denk dat jullie een planche ook wel lukt!
