Can someone please help me, i have this phone but when i try to use the touch screen the application menu comes up, i cant access any other menu its as if the touch screen is only recognising the touch screen for the application menu? its very annoying, am i doing something wrong or is it a piece of trash?

By far the best UIQ phone that Sony Ericsson has ever produced simply because it has a d-pad , unlike the User Interface Questionables of the past such as the w960, w950, m600 and p1.

Pity it was just too little, too late as Symbian S60 simply left UIQ eating dust.

I got this phone... It's really slow when you start up games and the camera... but the camera is really good.. except when you use flash..

It's hard to say just exactly how slow it is, but it's the slowest one I've tried. I would say it takes maybe 3-5 seconds just to read a message. and if you got 2 messages you have to wait even longer.

to use the flash you have to turn off the anti shake option and then your pictures won't come out so good. If you set the camera to go off with a timer then it's ok.

you have the normal blitz options

on, on 1 min, sos, off.

I suppose I could live with the slowness of it, The phone I own now isnt slow really, unless you press two meany buttons... It does have its ocashonal ''spaz attacks'' but ive learnt to live with it....

I dont really take pics much in the dark.... I have a £300 camra for that lol :) I suppose I could live with that too... As long as ther is a light... fine!

Well in conclusion.... is it worth getting?

Oh.... also my friend's friend says the stylus can get stuck somtimes?

As long as you're not in a hurry to read 2 messages quickly ;-b then it's ok.

I have no problem with the stylus, it works great. Sometimes the camera locks up, so you cant start it. Not sure why, but you have to restart the phone..

Be careful and close every program correctly and shut down programs you dont use. on the display there is a symbol of 2 arrows. press it to show whick programs that are active.

you have to use the same sony head phone provied with the cell... and its jack is same like the charger with unique pins that means other head phone cannot be used so strict g 900 only unless othersise ur a geek ...
