The case is the wrong color. I ought mine new in about 1961 and the case is a very light gray. It was my novice receiver as WN4NWW

@messabout1 haha. I know, the case was a solid colour of Rust when I got it. I just had a can of black spray paint on hand. It has a classic radio sound that I love as far as Im concerned.
