I agree with L.A. Reid. I don't hate Simone or anything, but IMO, she doesn't excite me, she doesn't move me at all. As a super star, you have to get the crowd excited and want to get them on their feet, she doesn't do that. I also think that Simone is too overconfident and she is full of herself.
