@pingu1994 I'll explain.You download a character.Extract it,put the folder in Chars.Then copy paste the folder's name.Goto Data and then click Select.Scroll down and find something that says: "Put (Or insert) your characters here.Put your character's folder name and your done.Hope that helps.

Ok it is like old school fighting games. Half circle then an attack button. So try down, back, forward, and two punch or kick button and see what happens. Hope this helped.

ok wat ever character u downloaded drag it from wich ever file u had it from then put it in your char file. then right click the file click rename the copy the name then go back and go to your data and click select the highlight wich ever spot u wanna put char in then highlight and paste save.NOT SAVE AS. save then exit selet nopad then go to mugen and it should be there

if your playing as broli ss3 or 4 make sure your health is low and if you have the controls on defualt its /and ' at the same time then you have to be at full power then press it again and you will turn ss5.
