@TargeTEX7 This is the actual zone Mt Hyjal in the "modern" WoW world, not the caverns of time instance (Which took place in the past.). This zone is in the game now, for the most part. You can see it in the northeast of Winterspring. The area that led to the world tree is gated and instanced off though.

@EmperorofCartoons Not completely gated off. You can get to the Roots of Nordrassil. But not to the top. as Nordrassil means "Crown of the Heavens" It kinda sounds as if it is a bit too tall to fly up to:P

@GaffaTapeLol I think in warcraft 3 mount hyjal was the location of the world tree and used to be a forest but when archimonde attacked a thousand wisps detonated the entire forest and killed him so the crater could be where the world tree was.

sulfuron spire looks more like a sigil stone from oblivion. the area itself was really unexpected for me. for exampel i thought that nordrassil would be "weaker" after archimonde "exploded" right next to it. but still, its not done yet, things can change.
