This lady had no reason to go for surgery, though she might intend to look more beautiful than this but all you know is your money is gone. Surgeon is for those whom their faces are really shapeless then they will look better after it., or get a picture of what you want before you go to the doctor. that will enable him to know where to direct your surgery. But the doctor is really wonderful.
