  • @wazipole8 Wow, I think that's the same diet course my sister is following, she also introduced it to me. I saw the good changes in her body, she looks fit and sexy. If I'm not mistaken the site is WeightLossAction.info. Glad to hear you are following it too!

  • Hello! Have you tried intellectus 424 diet (just google it)? Ive heard some great things about it and my buddy lost tons of weight with it.

  • I have tried the mega t green tea and sensa scam before, they do not work. There is no magic pill or sprinkle that will cause weight loss. You just need common sense. i have lost 30 pounds so far being more active and still eating what i love, just eating less of it.

  • One thing is that apart from intense exercise, you should do another form of exercise - one which you enjoy. Pick a sport or an activity which you enjoy and then start doing that a few times a week - you like tennis, golf, B-Ball etc? That'll keep you moving and itll feel like so much fun you won't even remember that you're actually exercising

  • Taking DNP can cause weight loss without diet and exercise. Is it safe? Well not really. But there is something that you can put in your body and cause weight loss without diet and excercise.

  • What the hell? I didn't know fat was fuel and can get utilized. I thought it was junk and only could be rid of.

  • one interesting study i saw some years back put dogs on treadmills and monitored how many calories they burned. They gave some of the dogs just enough water to live and gave the others as much as they wanted. the ones that got to drink lots of water burned almost double the calories! So drinking alot of water CAN help you lose weight beyond just filling you up. Also, I know some folks who drank alkalizing green drinks and changed nothing else and lost lots of weight.

  • u gotta keep in mind that the demographics for these videos are usually overwheight ppl looking to lose pounds... these ppl have above average caloric intakes and dieting in a situation where your body is stll recieving the required amounts is going to cause wieght loss especially when combined with weight loss

  • i think you are both right actually. The key is finding the amount of calories that sustains your muscle mass etc and does not support body fat. So a severe calorie reduction is going to slow your metabolism but eating too many calories no matter how healthy the foods are, will not let you lose weight either.

  • Fat cells or adipose cells is not created during adult life it is hereditary. That is the reason why there are people who are genetically fat or slim. A genetically slim person has less or smaller fat cells whilst a genetically fat person has larger cells where more fat gets stored.

  • you rule. i just finished watching a youtube video of this girl who is starving her weight off and clearly misusing diuretics, and i have to admit i was feeling desperate enough to try the same until i watched your video. i know that proper diet and exercise is the way, but i was wanting a "quick fix". thank you for this video, it brought me back to reality.

  • roids don't give you muscles. you still have to work out people. just like he's mentions these diet pills and such don't make you lose weight, it just helps you get there faster.

  • Have you heard of Optifast? You can google it if you haven't. I would love to know what you think of Optifast. :o)

  • It looks very similar to Weight Watchers with a bit of walking thrown in. It's fine if somebody doesn't have the self discipline to monitor themselves but their is no magic to their program.

  • I don't think he's done anabolic steroids. I hate how everytime people see a big guy they think "oh man he must be on roids". Thats the general public for you. Its called hard work and dedication. Even if he did take roids that would have been his decision. So what? Besides it looks like he's flexing throughout the video.

  • No steroids ever. No, not flexing either. And unfortunately it's the general public and people who believe bodybuilding magazines and informercial ads who are misinformed.

  • When someone his size just lifts his arms 90 degrees it appears to be flexing...I only have 16" arms and I already have that problem. My wife told me at a party to keep my sleeves down (kept going up when I bend arms).

    As I said my arms is not that big but the shirt size for my shape has small sleeve size. The bigger shirts I wear for gyms and etc is not good for parties.

  • I love watching diet and fitness exercise gurus that are obviously products of not only good diet and exercise, but anabolic steroids. You gave good advice, but wouldn't it be more honest to say "Oh, and if you want to have a body like mine, do as I say and supplement that with an intramuscular anabolic stack."

  • Sorry to disappoint, but never tried them. But I have done something most people don't understand or have the dedication for. That's LIFT WEIGHTS FOR MANY YEARS WITH LOTS OF INTENSITY.

  • I am 200 lbs @ 5'6" with 16 in arms, this is not too impressive but I understand the feeling when some thinks you are on "roids" when you are not. I just do not care to be on roids, I am not a pro BB'er so I workout out for modest gains and not as a career.

    Plus, my wife prefers me smaller in size lol.

  • Err he probably hasn't done anabolic steroids. I hate how people assume if he's big he automatically takes roids. It's called hard work and dedication. I think alot of his videos are...missinformed, but I don't think he has taken steroids. and even if he has. so what?

  • tested on mice they found definite fatloss accompanied with a mild anabolic affect, I tested the horse stuff on myself and found good fat loss and mild anabolic affect and the only side affect was that i grew teeth out of my nose and i have a distinct tenancy to post long messages on youtube!

  • Hi Steve. "clenbuterol'causes the loss of bodyfat, but it must be accompanied with sex, icream and going to Vegas. either way you loose body fat through metabolic speed up. clenbuterol is horse medication and is illegal for human consumption in most countries though the u.k has a human form.

  • Steve. i want to know if is true that there are some areas of the body where you CANT lose fat even doing exercise...some parts that need liposuction or something (people use to say: posterior hymps and chest(mans)only lose weigth with surgical proceedments)but i dont know it depends the quantity of fat. Please answerme or make a video about it. It has a lot of people confused, including me. And thank you 4 be a great help even for the people that doesnt know english very well.. Lol :P

  • When you lose fat it comers off your entire body. But the areas where extra fat accumulates (stomach for men and hips, legs, and butt for women) can still have fat no matter how much you diet or exercise. If this is the case liposuction could be a solution.

  • oh ok...but it depends on the quantity of fat acumulated in those areas?..or depends how u try to burn it? cuz i had seen mans that have fat on their chest (a little bit, not like a woman or hangin too much) and with excercise they put it out. I think it depends the quenatity of fat is hanging...

  • Unfortunately, neither vitamins or supplements will help you burn fat. They may curb your appetite but calories still need to be used to be removed.

  • is it better to run first and life to burn fat.. or lift and then run?.. or does it matter?

  • You might burn a few more fat calories if you run after lifting since you'll used up a good portion of muscle glycogen lifting.

  • Well the title of this vid is not really true but the vid explains it all better. I lost a lot of weight by eating less and not exercising. That left me at a normal weight but I still have a lot of fat on my body :/ way too much fat. I just have no interest in exercise.. meh

  • I guess, its really hard to exercise because sometimes you dont have any motivation but lets say it was a race, you have a motivation to beat that person your competing against but motsly people exercise alone which can quickly cause boredom and cause the person to stop exercising. well i think thats my problem.
