Further in my research on the subject, I discovered that the whales that they are hunting are not endangered. In addition, the leading cause of whale deaths each year is due to collisions with boats. That fact does not stop the SS from running their large boats all over a whale sanctuary. Seems ironic.

Look up info on the Minke whale and you will see that their numbers are around the historical averages and the species is not endangered in any way.

Further in my research on the subject, I discovered that the whales that they are hunting are not endangered. In addition, the leading cause of whale deaths each year is due to collisions with boats. That fact does not stop the SS from running their large boats all over a whale sanctuary. Seems ironic.

It did talk about diminished numbers as a result of fishing off the coast of Japan, but that seems an obvious conclusion and not particularly noteworthy. Look up info on the Minke whale and you will see that their numbers are around the historical averages and the species is not endangered in any way.

If you read the MSDS for butyric acid you would see that if you compared the butyric acid LD50 (lethal dose 50%) of animals (3180 mg/Kg) and converted it an average human weight you would see that it would be roughly a couple of kilograms to be fatal. Potassium Cyanide's LD50 is less then 6 mg/ kg. that is about 500 times more lethal than butryic acid. Toxicologist, "everything is toxic under the right conditions and concentrations" even water.

You see the largest cherry trees in Japan are shading the grass and stopping it from growing. SO Australians need to chop them down to count the rings. Its very scientific and Australia needs the data to ensure Japanese cherry trees remain a sustainable abundant resource for future Australians. Japanese are too emotional over 'cute' trees

Japan would love to help you understand about cherry trees, so they would help you the research, but I don't think they would let you cut the largest one. They wouldn't mind you cutting the regular cherry trees though. Japan has been doing those research every year, so you could join them and pay only half of the cost.
