Did you ever think that RT is mainly for American viewers? If it were strictly for Russians they would be speaking Russian and typically Americans don't speak any other language but english. Stories on RT typically gives news that are positive towards Russia. I'm glad I made you realize this is a public forum and you need thicker skin : )

I'm not pointing out the problems in Russia, the RT story presented the fact of whats happening with HIV/Aids in Russia due to lack of the goverment taking it serious. We can debate all day about the cold war and not come to agreement. Let's just say we out lasted the Soviet empire : )
