The Non-Textured building first shown is actually Ulduar, a Titan City in the Storm Peaks. And The Lich King has begun to fortify Icecrown with a large, above ground Citadel. The Glacier itself is still underground, however.

actually that wasn't utgrade keep because utgrade keep is in howling fjord whichis a non-snowy place and utgrade keep doesn't look like that it looks more like a a large structure that doesn't bridges going through the mountains and stuff
